Survey will look at impact of delayed exam on prov-regs

The UK Clinical Pharmacy Association has launched a survey to understand how delays to the registration assessment have affected provisionally registered pharmacists.

The survey, which was developed and launched by the UKCPA's education and development panel, asks prov-regs how they felt when they found out the pre-reg exam was delayed and how they believe their training has been impacted because of the pandemic.

The survey also asks them if they think decisions that have been taken on the registration and exam "have been the right decisions" and what action they believe should have been taken.

The UKCPA, who stressed responses will be anonymous and insisted it would not collect names, said it was "looking to write an article on how the delayed exam has affected provisionally registered pharmacists."
